Skin Tip of the week

ICE ICE ICE!! This is a great one if your skin is looking a bit dull and needing a pick me up, or if your going out and want to look your absolute best. Cyrotherapy, commonly known as cold therapy, is the use of ice cubes to massage the skin. This helps to lower the blood flow, close the pores and relax the facial muscles, leading to a fresher more radiant skin. Cleanse the skin and rinse with warm water. Gently massage the ice cube over the face, concentrating on areas of reddness, inflammation or breakout. Follow with your favourite moisturiser and then apply makeup. Great if you suffer from enlarged pores, breakouts (spot treat on these areas), or just dull and tired skin.
